Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. After that, delivery times depend on your location: USA 2–5 days standard (4–8 economy), Canada and Australia 10–30 days, rest of world 10–30 days.
How much does shipping cost?
USA: from $3.99 (economy) or $4.75 (standard) for the first item. Canada: $9.39. Australia: $12.49. Rest of world: $10.00. Additional items ship at a reduced rate. Free shipping on orders over $99 worldwide.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use it on the carrier’s website to follow your package in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly. Contact us at support@redlinegearshop.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to make changes. After production starts, we can’t cancel or modify the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. All orders over $99 ship free regardless of location.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s import rules. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a print error. Because each item is printed on demand specifically for you, we don’t accept returns for size changes or buyer’s remorse.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at support@redlinegearshop.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours. No return shipping required.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Since items are printed to order, we can’t do direct exchanges. If you received the wrong size due to our error, contact us and we’ll make it right. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before ordering.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 3–5 days to appear in your account.
Sizing & Product
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with chest and length measurements. Our shirts are unisex and true to size. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
What fabric are the shirts made from?
Our t-shirts are premium heavyweight cotton (180–220 GSM depending on style). They’re built to hold their shape and color through regular washing, not the thin blanks you find on generic merch sites.
How should I wash my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Following these steps will keep the colors sharp wash after wash.
Are the shirts true to size?
Yes. Our sizing follows standard US measurements. Check the size guide on the product page for exact chest and length measurements before ordering.
