Every Redline Gear item is printed on demand specifically for you. This page explains exactly what we cover, what we don’t, and how to get help if something goes wrong.
What We Cover
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of delivery for items that:
- Arrive damaged or defective
- Have a print error (wrong design, misaligned print, fading)
- Are the wrong item due to a fulfillment mistake
In any of these cases, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipping required.
What We Don’t Cover
Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size ordered (please check the size guide on each product page before purchasing)
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at support@redlinegearshop.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- Whether you prefer a replacement or a refund
We respond to every request within 24 hours and resolve eligible cases within 2-3 business days.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct size or design exchanges because each item is printed to order. If you received the wrong size or item due to our error, contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you.
