Our Products
All products are printed on demand specifically for you after you place your order. This means each item is made to order and production begins shortly after purchase.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and on our Customer Help page. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Returns and Refunds
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a print error. Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for size changes or buyer’s remorse. To start a return, email support@redlinegearshop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at support@redlinegearshop.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After production starts, we cannot cancel or modify orders.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, and content on this site belong to Redline Gear. You may not reproduce, copy, or use them without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
